It’s official – Jurassic World has just released its first full trailer… and while it takes us back to Isla Nublar, it’s clear that things just ain’t what they used to be.
After ramping up the anticipation with an awesome trailer tease, it looks as though the countdown to the Jurassic World trailer may have been a little off… and with several days left on the clock, Universal has released its first full trailer for the upcoming Jurassic World.
But what has this latest attraction got in store for us?
Chris Pratt stars in the upcoming dinosaur epic… and it’s clear that he takes centre stage when the park announces its latest feat of genetic engineering – an all new dinosaur hybrid.
But clearly something is wrong. He’s no lab assistant and obviously worries about the dangers of playing god. All in a day’s work for the average Jurassic Park sceptic. But with that awesome leather waistcoat and survivalist getup, it looks as though there’s a dinosaur on the loose, and it may be terrorising the villagers.
Set to the same haunting piano tune as the earlier teaser trailer, it’s an exciting glimpse into what we can expect in Jurassic World… and with Bryce Dallas Howard as the woman in charge, I get the feeling that she and Pratt will be at loggerheads.
At least, until her life depends on him…
Overall, it’s an incredibly strong trailer for the upcoming Jurassic Park sequel, and certainly evokes the sense of terror we first felt in the original movie. The internet is already set alight after the trailer’s release… and I can’t help thinking that it could be the Jurassic Park sequel we’ve all been waiting for.
But for now, we’ll have to wait and see.
