Mission: Impossible Fallout has a cool new trailer.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it? Give it a watch.
He’s back – Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible – Fallout. And it looks as though he’s in a spot of bother. Of course, he’s not alone, bringing the IMF with him as he faces yet-another explosive adventure.
But has he actually gone rogue this time?
“How many times has Hunt’s government betrayed him?” asks Henry Cavill’s August Walker. “Disavowed him, cast him aside? How long before a man like that has had enough?”
That’s the central premise of Mission: Impossible – Fallout.
It looks as though Ethan Hunt’s past has finally caught up with him… and after a mission goes horribly awry, it looks as though the international superspy has found himself well and truly alone.
Sure, the team is back – with Rebecca Ferguson returning to join Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg. But it looks as though Ilsa Faust (played by Rebecca Ferguson) is now his number one enemy… and the team is left wondering what Ethan is really up to.
Here’s the official (brief) synopsis:
“The best intentions often come back to haunt you. Mission: Impossible – Fallout finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.”
And the trailer certainly delivers.
There’s all the usual action and intrigue as we’re treated to explosive set piece after set piece… and Mission: Impossible – Fallout promises some of Tom Cruise’s most daring stunts yet.
And we can’t wait for this one.
Mission: Impossible – Fallout stars Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Alec Baldwin.
Christopher McQuarrie both wrote and directed the movie.
Mission: Impossible – Fallout heads to cinemas on 27 July 2018.
