By providing your e-mail address, you agree to receive regular email updates and Newsletter emails from ScreenJolt.com.
User Submissions

ScreenJolt.com is not intended for users under the age of 13 years. You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the ScreenJolt Platform, unless supervised by a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify for use, please do not download, access or use the ScreenJolt Platform.
The ScreenJolt Platform is intended for personal and non-commercial use only, to residents of the United Kingdom. If you choose to use the ScreenJolt Platform outside of the UK, we are in no way responsible for compliance with applicable local laws or regulations. We may also include UK release date information alongside US release dates as reported in the media. We assume no obligation to provide region-specific release dates outside our area of operation.

Intellectual Property
Ryan Leston is the sole owner of the ScreenJolt Platform. This includes all software, source code, domains or content available on the ScreenJolt Platform unless otherwise stated. The ScreenJolt Platform is protected by United Kingdom and International copyright law, as well as other intellectual property laws. The ScreenJolt Platform is intended for your personal and non-commercial use only, and Ryan Leston grants you limited license for that purpose.
Ryan Leston retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the material contained on the ScreenJolt Platform. This includes the Website design, images, source code, and all content published via the Website, App and Emails. However, third-party images may also be used on ScreenJolt.com at the discretion of major studios, associated PR companies or distributors. All rights are reserved.
This means, without limitation, that you may not export, license, modify, copy, sell, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the ScreenJolt Platform without our prior express written permission. Any unauthorised use of ScreenJolt or the ScreenJolt Platform will terminate the limited license we have granted to you.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free revocable license to view and print the content of the ScreenJolt Platform for your own personal use only.

Your Conduct
By using the ScreenJolt Platform, you agree not to send, upload, post, email or otherwise send any harmful material such as viruses, trojans or other harmful computer code. This includes harmful files or programs designed to disrupt, interrupt, limit functionality or destroy our service, or any computers, mobile devices, telecommunications equipment or other electronic devices associated or connected with the running of the ScreenJolt Platform. You may not violate any of the policies, procedures, rules or regulations of any network connected to the ScreenJolt Platform.
You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using our service.
You must not conduct yourself in any manner deemed inappropriate. This includes any action considered vulgar, offensive, harassing, objectionable or improper. This includes but is not limited to communications with ScreenJolt, forum use and the use of ScreenJolt’s comments section.

You agree to use the ScreenJolt Platform in a safe and appropriate manner. ScreenJolt LTD does not promote use of our services during high-risk activities, such as while driving. It is your responsibility to ensure your safe use of our services. You therefore agree not to use the ScreenJolt Platform during such activites.
Affiliate Offers
Offers we provide for use on the ScreenJolt Platform are often provided to us by third parties. Therefore, we offer no guarantee that these offers or the prices associated with these offers are valid. We are not responsible for any expired or prematurely-expired affiliate offers.

ScreenJolt does not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions published or otherwise contained within the ScreenJolt Platform or its service emails. We take no responsibility for any failures, delays or interruptions to the ScreenJolt Platform. Access is granted to users without warranty and may be revoked at any time.
ScreenJolt takes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the ScreenJolt Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss or damage to your mobile or computer devices.
ScreenJolt takes no responsibility for the actions of users of the ScreenJolt Platform, even while using our services. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or restrict the ScreenJolt Platform at our sole discretion at any time.
ScreenJolt owners, operators, officers, employees or agents will not be held liable (either jointly or severally) to you for any loss of use.
