Harley Quinn Appears With The Joker In Suicide Squad

It looks as though Harley Quinn and The Joker have shared their first ‘Suicide Squad’ scene… and it doesn’t seem to have gone well.

It’s no secret that Harley Quinn and The Joker have a rather volatile relationship. The Clown Prince of Crime and his off-kilter consort aren’t exactly the most stable of people… and that really shows when you put them together.

Unfortunately, that’s exactly what’s happened in these new ‘Suicide Squad’ scenes.

Appearing on the streets of Toronto, actors Margot Robbie and Jared Leto were snapped in costume filming ‘Suicide Squad’. And thanks to the folks at Just Jared, those images are now online.

As you can see, it’s a rather volatile meeting for these two iconic Batman villains… although that’s probably to be expected.

Although little is known about the circumstances of this meeting, it looks as though Harley isn’t taking it well. After all, she does at one point hold a gun to The Joker’s head. But it’s likely to be all part of his manipulative mind games…

And judging from Harley’s look, I’d guess that this is all part of a flashback sequence.

Of course, the abusive relationship becomes all too clear when The Joker belts her with a backhand… and it looks as though this sinister edge will be creeping into the ‘Suicide Squad’ movie.

But what can expect from the couple as the film progresses?

As you can see, Jared Leto’s Joker looks vastly different to the one revealed by David Ayer recently… but if this is a flashback, that’s no surprise. A lot is likely to have happened since then, and  it’s entirely possible that the two DC villains are even more twisted these days.

But for now, we’ll have to wait and see.

‘Suicide Squad’ heads to cinemas on 5 August 2016.

What do you think of The Joker’s look? Will Harley and The Joker’s abusive relationship get worse throughout the film? Let us know what you think in the comments below…
