Pixar’s Inside Out Shows Parents Speaking Their Mind

A family dinner takes centre stage in this new clip from Pixar’s ‘Inside Out’… but as always, it’s more about what’s going on behind the scenes.

‘Inside Out’ is quickly shaping up to be a modern Pixar classic. And as we take a journey through the mind of a young girl named Riley as she struggles to settle into her new home, it looks as though we’re in for non-stop laughs and some on point observations about family life.

Exactly what we might expect from Pixar’s latest. But this new trailer shows off just how clever it all really is…

We’ve already seen plenty of new clips and posters from Pixar’s upcoming ‘Inside Out’. But in the full trailer, it looks as though Riley isn’t the only one under the spotlight, as we take a peek into the minds of her mom and dad.

Hilariously, we’re shown slightly modified versions of Riley’s own council of consciousness, albeit with some slight differences. Or one thing, her mother’s emotions are all sporting some matching hairdos… and her dad’s? Well, he does have a pretty awesome moustache.

Obviously, that’s not all… and we’re treated to some typically hilarious Pixar humour as Riley and her dad go head-to-head in a battle of wits – their respective minds turning into what I can only describe as a war room.

And of course, Anger is quick to take charge…

It’s a brilliant look at the upcoming ‘Inside Out’ and certainly showcases exactly what we love about Pixar movies – they really do think outside the box.

‘Inside Out’ heads to cinemas across the UK on 24 July 2015.
